The RURAL’COM Project seeks to promote the exchange of best practices between Romania, Belgium, and Ireland to build sustainable rural communities. By providing access to educational resources and encouraging transnational cooperation through networking opportunities, the RURAL’COM partners aim to strengthen the ability of local communities and staff to tackle climate change challenges.
